Meet the Orthoptists : Marguerite J. Sullivan

Marguerite J. Sullivan is a Certified Orthoptist. She graduated from Mills College in Oakland, California and received her orthoptic training at Emory University. She received her certification in 1970 and has over 30 years experience in orthoptics. She has worked at North Carolina Eye, Ear, Nose & Throat, (formerly McPherson Hospital), since 1970. Mrs. Sullivan works in an adjunctive capacity with the ophthalmologists, especially the pediatric ophthalmologist in assessing strabismus (ocular misalignment) and related problems. She especially enjoys working with children of all ages. In her leisure she likes to travel, visit with her grown children and do volunteer work.
