Meet the Doctors : Irenée M. Duncan

Irenée M. Duncan is Board Certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. She received her undergraduate degree from Yale University in New Haven, CT and her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. After completing her residency at MUSC, she worked in Maui before relocating to the triangle area to be closer to her family. She treats disorders of the ear, nose and throat in both pediatric and adult patients. She is particularly interested in the medical and surgical management of diseases of the ear and sinuses, as well as in the treatment of sleep apnea. Her husband, Dr. Calhoun D. Cunningham III, is an otologist with Carolina Ear & Hearing Clinic in Raleigh. They enjoy outdoor activities and traveling.
