Meet the Audiologists : Lisa A. Moore

Dr. Lisa A. Moore, Au.D., CCC-A, received her B.A. in Child Development from California State University, Sacramento and her Doctorate in Audiology from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She completed her Fourth Year Fellowship at the Durham VA Medical Center. Dr. Moore brings a diverse background with her to the field of Audiology, including an eight year enlistment in the U.S. Air Force working in the field of Medical Administration, Day Care Center Director, and experience with research on vocal learning in songbirds. Dr. Moore is certified by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association, and is a member of the American Academy of Audiology. She welcomes all patients, but her primary interests are balance disorders and hearing aids in adult patients. In her spare time, Dr. Moore enjoys exercising and watching college sports.
